I then decided I wanted to apply for a jedi general, where I got accepted as jedi general plo koon, I trained a lot of initiates / Padawans. then on a different server I got to the XO of Rp and did the same as I did for 104th[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]What methods would you use to monitor your regiment daily?: the methods I would take to monitor my regiment daily would be to be at their debriefs if im not need anywhere else, such as an important jedi meeting, Where if I was I would ask the command for some detail. Then I would daily ask the commander to let me know how they are doing, as that way I can keep on track. I would also use the battalion trello to make sure I know whos in and if anyone has complaints, warns ect.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]What types of training would you perform with your regiment?: I would try everyday to do trainings with the jedi, or helping the other generals do their training. The type of training I would do with the jedi's are firstly Lightsabre training, where I would show the jedi's the different stances and poses, to give them a way they feel is best for them to fight. I would also do formations with and with out a sabre, things like vip diamond, vip prisoner, firing lines with troops to deflect oncoming fire from drones. I would also ask the jedi's what they feel is their weak area, so we can work 1 on 1 to improve them and make them the best, I would also add what I think they need to improve on.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]Why should we pick you?: I think you should pick me over everyone else is because im very experienced in Gmod and Starwars RP. I have over 2800 hours and a lot of them going in to starwars RP. I have experiences as a high ranking role as both Jedi and clones so I know how to control both, like my regiment and jedi in trainings and in battle, such as defend the clones. This means im a very good leader, that can give good discipline and lead troops and jedi's.
